Rates
$1745/week or $275/night with a 2-night minimum. Seneca County applies a 3% room tax to vacation rentals so we also have to collect that tax.
A deposit of 50% of total payment is required to hold your reservation; the balance is due upon arrival. Personal checks are accepted.
Preference will be given to weekly rentals from the 4th of July weekend to Labor Day.

Our weekly rentals begin on a Saturday with a 3 pm check in and end with check out the following Saturday at 10 am or thereabouts.
We have had very positive experiences with dogs. Their owners are also welcome.
No smoking indoors, please.
